摘　　要：瑞典视成人教育为社会进步的一大工具,而学习圈作为一种大众现象为瑞典成人教育的发展做出了卓著贡献。瑞典学习圈经过近百年的发展,具有注重民主、强调平等;话题多样、方式灵活;成本低效益高、经费来源多样;相对独立、管理规范等运作特色。瑞典学习圈的许多成功经验值得学习和借鉴,这对开展成人教育、构建终身教育体系、建设学习型社会至关重要。In Sweden, adult education is treated as an important engine to drive the social progress, and the Study Circle as a mass phenomenon has made a remarkable contribution to this cause. The Study Circle evolved almost a hundred years ago, and now has accumulated a wealth of experiences:(1) it strives for democracy and equality;(2) it provides diversifi ed and fl exible learning materials and accesses;(3) it has produced products of higher quality with less costs;(4) it is funded by various sources;(5) it is run effi ciently but independently. All of these lend many insights to Chinese endeavor to develop its own adult education, lifelong learning system and learning society.
