开放大学《商法》课程教学模式改革——以司法考试为导向

摘　　要：目前通过国家司法统一考试,取得司法职业资格证书已经成为我国大多数法学本科生的重要学习目标,甚至是终极学习目标。商法一直是司法考试的考核重点,《商法》课程教学以司法考试为导向,有其合理性和必要性。但开放大学的《商法》教材、教学模式等方面和司法考试的要求有差距,因此应当修订现行开放大学《商法》教材,改革课程测评模式,完善案例教学模式以及通过网络课程,构建在线学习模式等方面来帮助学员应对司法考试。For most undergraduates majoring in Law Studies in university, one of their utmost objectives is to pass the General National Judicial Exam and obtain the practitioner's qualifi cation. Studies of the Commercial Law has always constituted an important component in the exam, which necessitates that the teaching of this course shall be test-oriented. But in the Open University, the curriculum design has deviated from the test's requirements. It is essential to remedy this defect and fulfi ll learners' motivation by reforming the current curriculum design in terms of learning materials development, assessment, teaching methodology, and exploitation of the network and so on.
