摘  要:目的研究乳腺癌组织中VEGFR-3、VEGF-D的表达与微淋巴管密度(LVD)及临床病理指标间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测120例乳腺癌组织中VEGFR-3、VEGF-D的表达,Podoplanin标记微淋巴管,计数微淋巴管密度(LVD),分析VEGFR-3与乳腺癌预后的关系。结果乳腺癌组织中VEGFR-3蛋白表达阳性率为46.67%,明显高于乳腺良性肿瘤组织(P<0.01);VEGFR-3蛋白表达阳性组LVD值为17.86±6.09,显著高于阴性组(P<0.01);VEGFR-3蛋白表达与淋巴结转移显著相关(x2=22.173,P<0.01);且VEGF-D蛋白阳性组中VEGFR-3表达亦显著高于阴性组(P<0.01)。结论VEGF-D/VEGFR-3是乳腺癌淋巴管生成的重要诱导因子,与肿瘤的侵袭和转移及预后密切相关。Objective To study the expression of VEGFR-3and VEGF-D in breast cancer tissue and to investigate its correlation with lymphangiogenesis and clinical pathological indicators.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used for detecting the expression of VEGFR-3and VEGF-D in 120 cases of breast cancer.The same method was also used to detect micro lymphatic vessels marked by Podoplanin,and lymphatic vessel density(LVD)was counted.The relationship between the expression of VEGFR-3and prognosis was analyzed.Results The positive rate of VEGFR-3protein expression in breast cancer tissue was 46.67%,significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.01).LVD was 17.86±6.09 in the positive group of VEGFR-3expression,significantly higher than in the negative group(P<0.01).VEGFR-3protein expression was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis(x2=22.173,P<0.01).The positive expression of VEGFR-3was significantly higher in the group of VEGF-D positive expression(P<0.01).Conclusion VEGF-D/VEGFR-3are important inducing factors in lymphangiogenesis and are closely correlated to invasion,metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.
