摘　　要：分析了船舶修造类岗位传统的安全教育培训教学模式的不足,设计了虚拟仿真项目教学模式及实施步骤。通过教学做一体化的虚拟仿真体验训练,提高学员学习兴趣和参与程度,不断提升安全培训效果,实现人本安全。The deficiency of the traditional teaching mode of the safety education and training is pointed out based on the analysis of safety education and training status. The virtual simulation of project teaching mode and implementation steps was designed,improving the studentsˊstudy interest and involvement by training of virtual simulation,continuously improving the safety training effect,realizing the human inherent safety.
