论高职院校特色化发展的几个问题

摘　　要：通过对高职院校特色发展过程中可能遇到的特色文化构建、学校功能多元化、人才培养模式创新、特色专业的设置、教育国际化的推进等相关问题进行剖析,探讨高职院校准确定位、发挥学校与社会两方面积极性、政府相关教育公共服务产品的支持等途径与机制,为实现特色办学、强校建设,服务社会经济发展提供一点理论依据。This article gives the analysis to some related problems of characteristic cultural construction, diversity of college function, innovation of talent training model, establishment of featured profession, promotion of internationalizing the education. It also explores the channel and mechanism on the exact location of higher vocational colleges, the positive role playing in both school and society, related government support of education and public service products. At last it offers the theoretical basis to realize the characteristics of running colleges and universities, strengthening college construction, serving the social development.
