摘 要:产学研用合作既是国家经济发展的需要,又是社会文明进步的产物,更是培养高技能、高素质创新型人才的必然选择。产学研用合作培养人才的形式,在高职院校的体现是从松散型合作、项目型合作到紧密型合作逐步发展而形成多种成熟的模式。产学研用合作模式,虽然已经被应用到高职院校的人才培养过程当中,但也还出现了这样那样的问题。课题组经过调研,概括总结出了"形式与内容结合的校企共建模式,合作与机制结合的院校主建模式,创新与质量结合的企业主导模式,协调与引领结合的政府主导模式"等四种模式,能较好地解决产学研用的合作问题,为人才培养理出了一条行之有效的理想途径。The integration of Producing, Studying, Researching and Applying, the product of social development, is not only necessary for China's economic development, but also is the inevitable choice for cultivating the innovative talents with high skill and high quality. The cooperative mode of training personnel by integrating production, study, research and application in vocational institutes started from the loose cooperation and project cooperation to the tight cooperation. During the growing process, problems came out. Based on that, the research group did the research and concluded the four modes which might work in solving those problems emerging in the process and provide an ideal and effective way for training the talents. And the four training modes are as follows: the joint cooperation of institutes and enterprises by combining the form and content, the institute-dominated mode by combining cooperation with the mechanism, the enterprise-dominated mode by combining the innovation and quality, and the government-dominated mode by coordinating and guiding.
