非英语专业学生人文素养的培养——以NETEM(2014)英译汉中“Beethoven”一词误译为例

摘　　要：文章通过分析近十四年考研英语真题(2001—2014)的题材及其中出现的各类专业词汇,结合对2014年英语(一)英译汉中"Beethoven"一词误译现象的个案研究,指出人文素养和百科知识在考研英语中的翻译部分起到重要作用,并提出教师应如何转变教学理念和改进教学方法,以及学校应如何开设相关人文素养课程等建议,以期真正提高学生的综合英语水平和考研英语通过率。Based on the mistranslations of ＂Beethoven＂ in NETEM （2014）, the paper analyzes the themes and proper names which appeared in the authentic test papers （2001-2014） and points out that humanistic literacy and encyclopedic knowledge are of great importance in preparing for this kind of test. At last, several suggestions are put forward in order to improve the comprehensive quality of students and help them to pass the NETEM.
