摘　　要：大学具有人才培养、科学研究和社会服务等功能。大学教育的职业性体现职业功能上的追求,侧重于人才培养中将知识向生产力转化,满足社会发展需要,其与高等教育发展历史相伴相生。在高校分类转型发展定位上,应用型本科院校实施的是以个人职业生涯发展需求为导向的本科教育。坚持职业取向,学以致用,提高职业素养,形成高校服务社会的能力。University and college bears the responsibility of cultivating talents, making scientific research, providing social service, etc. Its occupation function, stresses talent cultivation as the transfer from knowledge to productivity for society develop- ment. Therefore, on the development positioning of transformation, the application-oriented undergraduate universities and colleges should conduct the occupation-oriented education, which persist on learning for the purpose of application for improving occupa- tional quality and forming the ability of serving our society.
