摘　　要：中越两国文化相似但也有所区别。中越两国人在日常交际过程中出现的语用失误在一定程度上影响了双方交际的有效进行。交际者把握不准话语的真正意图,习惯套用母语交际模式和表达方法是造成语用失误的主要原因,而两国的文化差异则是文化冲突的根源所在。The cultures of China and Vietnam have a lot in common but also differ from each other. As the exchanges between the two countries are getting closer, the pragmatic failure in daily communication,to some extent, affects the effective intercultural communications of both sides. Some communicators do not grasp the real intention of the words because people are used to commu- nicate in native-language mode and expressions,which is also the fundamental reasons leading to cultural conflicts.
