摘 要:当代语言学的发展促进了内部分支学科的建立和完善,语言学理论研究成果在外语教育中得到了广泛应用。语言意识理论就是在外语教育中应受到关注的问题之一,主要理由有三个:一是对语言意识的研究是语言学进入人类中心论范式时代的写照;二是语言意识问题因处在语言学内各分支学科跨学科的边界而成为关注焦点;三是对语言意识进行研究是外语教学法实现文化对话原则的前提和基础。语言意识研究的实质是把"说话的人"和"交际的人"放置在研究的中心位置。人所具有的语言知识和对客观世界认知所获得的知识构成语言意识的核心内容,语言意识形象是研究语言意识的基本单位。The development of contemporary linguistics has promoted the establishment and the improvement of internal sub- disciplines, and the research achievements of linguistic theories have been widely applied in foreign language education. The theory of linguistic awareness is one of the topics that should be paid special attention to in foreign language education. There are three main reasons: ( 1 ) the research of linguistic awareness is the portrayal of an era in which linguistics enters the anthropocentric paradigm; (2) the topic of linguistic awareness becomes hot, for it is situated on the interdisciplinary border of sub-disciplines within the field of linguistics; (3) the research of linguistic awareness is the prerequisite and foundation for the principle of realizing cultural dialogue in foreign language teaching methods. The essence of linguistic awareness research is to put "people who talk" and "people who communicate" at the center of research. Linguistic knowledge that human beings possess and the knowledge gained from the cognition of the objective world have formed the core content of linguistic awareness, and the image of linguistic awareness is the basic unit of linguistic awareness research.
