摘 要:目的全面了解中山市学校食堂餐具和公用具的消毒情况,为今后学校食堂卫生监督工作提供科学依据。方法餐具检测大肠菌群,公用具检测致病菌,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2011—2013年中山市学校食堂餐具大肠菌群检测合格率总体为92.3%;公办学校和民办学校大肠菌群检出合格率差异无统计学意义;不同区域的学校食堂餐具大肠菌群检出合格率不同,以城区学校合格率最低,为86.1%;公用具致病菌的检出率为2.3%。结论中山市学校食堂餐具和公用具消毒效果整体比较好,但需继续加强学校食堂餐具的消毒监测工作,以保护学校师生的饮食安全,预防食物中毒。[Objective]To learn the disinfection status of dishware and public appliances in school canteens of Zhongshan City,provide a scientific basis for hygiene supervision of school canteens in the future. [Methods]The investigation included the coliform bacteria on dishware and pathogenic bacteria on public appliances,and the detection results were statistically analyzed.[Results]The total qualified rate of coliform bacteria on dishware in school canteens of Zhongshan City from 2011-2013 was92.3%,and there was no significant difference in qualified rate of coliform bacteria between public schools and private schools.The qualified rates of coliform bacteria on dishware in schools of different regions were different,and that in schools of urban area was the lowest(86.1%). The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria on public appliances was 2.3%. [Conclusion]The disinfection effect of dishware and public appliances is good in school canteens of Zhongshan City. It is necessary to strengthen supervision on dishware disinfection of school canteens,to ensure the food safety of teachers and students,and prevent the food poisoning.
