单侧肢端角化性类弹力纤维病1例

摘　　要：患者男,3岁。约1岁时右手指背、侧缘、掌部尺侧缘出现粟粒大小肤色丘疹,后逐渐增多和增长至绿豆大小;右足外侧缘有相同皮损。皮损组织病理示:轻度角化过度,真皮增厚,胶原纤维和成纤维细胞增多;弹力纤维碎裂、减少或缺如。诊断:肢端角化性类弹力纤维病。A 3-year-old boy presented with clustered skin-colour papules on the back and lateral margin of his right hand, as well as the lateral border of his right foot for about 2 years. The papules were gradually increased and enlarged in size from initially panicum-like to now mung bean-like during the process. Histological examina- tion showed that marked increased collagen fibers and fibroblasts in the demais, with slightly hyperkeratosis and acanthosis. The special staining for elastic fibers revealed fragmentation and a reduced number of elastic fibers in the dermis. The diagnosis of acrokeratoelastoidosis was made.
