社区建设的伦理意蕴

摘　　要：社区建设的一个目标是建立一种健康、有序的基层秩序,这种基层秩序需要一定程度上的"共同体意识"。这种"共同体意识"不同于原始社会没有经历过"个人观念"洗礼的懵懂观念。因为社区分化带来了"自然共同体"(如自然村社)的瓦解和人为社区的重组,这种重组不仅需要新的政治、经济联合,也需要以新的伦理原则为支撑。在今天的复杂局面下要建立新的"共同体意识"不能依靠恢复古典美德的浪漫幻想,而是需要面向未来的实践和努力。One of the aims of community construction is to build a healthy and well-organized order at a basic level,which needs a sense of community to some extent. Such sense is different from the foolish ideas that are not severely tested by personal ideas in primitive society. Because community differentiation brings about the collapse of natural communities( for example,natural villages) and the restructuring of human communities, which requires not only the new combination of economy and politics but also a new ethical principle as support. In today 's complicated situation, to build a new sense of community, it is impossible to rely on the romantic fantasy of recovering the classical virtues. Instead,it does need practice and hard work for the future development.
