平利县基础教育布局调整的成效、问题与对策

摘　　要：从历史发展过程评判县域新一轮基础教育布局调整的成效和问题,有助于全面而准确的分析制约基础教育布局调整的因素,认识问题的本质,探寻解决之道。本文通过对平利县基础教育布局调整的历史与现实数据分析,在正确看待调整成效的基础上,透析其中存在的深层次问题,以利于矫正基础教育布局调整的负面影响,促进基础教育健康发展。Judging the effects and problems of a county＇s new round adjustment of basic education layout historically is good for achieving a comprehensive and accurate analysis of the restriction factors,understand the essence of the problem and explore the solution. This paper analyzed the data of adjustment of basic education layout in Pingli county,studied the deeper problems existed in order to correct the negative impact of adjustment of basic education layout and promote the healthy development of basic education.
