摘 要:本文以红薯淀粉为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂、环氧氯丙烷为交联剂制备交联淀粉,在此基础上,以交联淀粉为原料,GTA(2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵)为醚化剂,采用微波辅助半干法制备了交联醚化淀粉,研究了交联醚化淀粉对废水中金属离子Ag+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Cr6+的吸附性能。实验结果表明:增加交联醚化淀粉投入量有助于提高吸附性能,当其投放量为0.7g,废水p H在6.5时,吸附效果最佳。Preparation of cross- linked starch was studied with sweet potato starch as raw material,sodium hydroxide as catalyst and epichlorohydrin as cross- linking agent. Then cross- linked etherification starch was prepared using microwave- assisted semidry process, with cross- linked starch as raw material, GTA for etherification agent. And its adsorption performances to metal ions Ag+, Cu2+,Zn2+, Cr6+in wastewater were studied. The results showed that increased cross- linked etherification starch inputs could help improve the adsorption properties. The adsorption effect could be best when the dosage of cross- linked etherification starch was 0.7g and the p H of wastewater was 6.5.
