摘 要:目的:将领导力特质理论的研究对象从成人扩展至儿童,开发适合中国儿童的领导力测量工具并初步探明我国儿童领导力的结构。方法:结合领导力特质理论和我国小学生的生活内容编制初测问卷,按年级分层抽取235名小学儿童,进行探索性因素分析(EFA)。另外按年级分层抽取386名小学儿童,进行验证性因素分析(CFA)。结果:最终形成由4个分量表,包含53道题的儿童领导力特质问卷,总量表和各分量表的α系数都在0.7以上,验证性因素分析表明各项拟合指标都达到优良水平,具有较好的结构效度。结论:本量表可以作为儿童领导力特质的测量和相关研究的工具。【Objective】This research has turned leadership traits theories' subjects from adults to children,the aim of this study is to develop a leadership traits scale for children and preliminarily ascertain the structure of Chinese children' leadership traits.【Methods】The research developed the initial scale of leadership traits drawing on the findings of leadership traits theories combined with contents of Children's real life. Using stratified sampling method,we tested 235 primary school children,the data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis(EFA). Wealso tested other 386 primary school children,the data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).【Results】we developed the children leadership traits questionnaire of 4 subscales,15 factors,52 questions,the whole scale and all the the four subscales' α are above 0.7,Confirmatory factor analysis showed that all fit indices have reached a level of excellence,the scale has a good construct validity. 【Conclusion】The scale can be used as a scale measuring children's leadership traits and a measuring tools of related research.
