摘 要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用的方法检测聚丙烯(PP)包装材料中的18种有毒有害物质。其中包括增塑剂、芳香胺类、抗氧化剂、光引发剂、香精香料和溶剂残留。包装材料经乙酸乙酯超声萃取,上机检测。用GC-MS全扫描定性,选择离子定量。各种物质在质量浓度0.5~5.0mg·L^-1的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R〉0.9943;添加浓度为0.10、0.20、0.40mg·L^-1的加标回收率为74.9%~121.3%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.4%~6.8%(n=6);方法检出限的范围是1.5~80.0μg·L^-1。该方法在20 min内完成了18种有毒有害物质的分离和检测,结果准确,重现性好,并应用该方法测定了PP包装材料中该18种物质的含量。Determination of 18 harmful substances in polypropylene food packing materials by gas chro- matography-mass spectrometry has been studied. The analyzed substance included aromatic amine, antioxida- nts,initiator,spices and solvent residue. Packaging materials were ultrasonic extracted using ethyl acetate as solvent, then analyzed by GC-MS. Acquisition was performed in scan mode for the optimization and in SIM mode for the quantification. For building the calibration curves, solutions of the compounds at different concen- tration levels were prepared in ethyl acetate and analyzed by GC-MS. The standard curves were linear in the range of 0.05 - 5.0 mg · L^- 1 and have a good linear relationship ( R 〉 0. 9943 ). Spiked at concentration of 0.10,0.20,0.40 mg · L^-1,the recoveries were 74.9% -121.3% with RSD 1.4% -6.8% (n=6).Thedetection limit were in the range of 1.5 - 80.0 μg · L^- 1. The method completed the separation and detection of 18 substances within 20 minutes. The method is applied to determined the 18 substances in polypropylene packaging materials.
