摘　　要：在这篇文章中，我们研究二项分布的参数的经验贝叶斯估计（EB估计），对先验分布的选取及超参数的估计进行了比较和分析，并在选取先验分布为共轭先验分布（贝塔分布）的前提下，构造出二项分布参数的一个EB估计量。通过模拟试验对直接估计量和本文给出的EB估计量的平均偏差进行了比较，结果表明本文给出的估计量的平均偏差较小，验证了构造的估计量是稳健的估计量。最后根据2009～2012年美国新泽西州21个县的抽样调查数据计算该地区的贫困人口比例，并画出散点图进行分析。Empirical Bayes Estimation （EB） is a kind of important method in small area estimation. In the arti- cle, we discuss the EB estimation of the parameter of binomial distribution, and then compare the selection of prior distribution and the estimation of parameters. The conjugate prior distribution （ beta distribution） is selected to deduce a EB estimator of the binomial distribution. The several different estimators are compared by simulation test. The results show that the deviation of the estimator is smaller, and the estimator is robust. Finally, the method is used to estimate the survey data of 21 counties of New Jersey state in the United States to its poverty rate.
