北京师范大学地理学的改革与发展——基于3次学科评估的思考

摘　　要：改革开放以来北京师范大学地理学实现了突飞猛进的发展,使地理学及其衍生的相关学科成为学校的支柱,也在全国学科评估中从第六位跃升到第一位。努力引进高质量人才,借助社会力量改善办学条件,瞄准学科前沿和国家战略需求及时调整学科方向,搭建不同方式的学科平台打造地学航母,加强硬件建设,用一流技术手段提高地理学研究能力和效率,这些经验和做法值得借鉴。Since the reform and opening- up,geography of Beijing Normal University has achieved rapid development,so that geography and related disciplines has become the backbones of university with subject review score jumped from six to one. The following experiences are worthy of being learned： Efforts to introduce high- quality talents; draw supports from social forces to improve teaching conditions; timely adjust disciplinary direction by aiming at discipline frontier and national strategies demands; build various discipline platform to construct geographical carrier,strengthen hardware condition,improving the capacity and efficiency for geography research with first- class skills.
