摘　　要：文章结合MOOCs和传统高校发展实际,针对高校应用型人才培养的具体特点和要求,构建了在MOOCs环境下的高校应用型人才培养混合教学模式,在化解MOOCs与传统高等教育间冲突的同时,充分利用MOOCs带来的广泛机遇和丰富资源,促进了高等教育的发展,提高了对应用型人才培养的效率和质量。According to the development of MOOCs（ Massive Open Online Courses） and traditional colleges and universities,combined with the specific characteristics and requirements of applied talents cultivation in colleges and universities,this paper built the mixed teaching model of applied talents cultivation in colleges and universities in MOOCs environments,which can resolve conflicts between the MOOCs and the traditional higher education, and make full use of the opportunities and rich resources from MOOCs. The mixed teaching model can promote the development of higher education and improve efficiency and quality of the applied talents cultivation.
