摘　　要：全国"成人高等教育人才培养体系"学术研讨会于2014年11月27至28日在宁波市隆重召开。宁波大学在会上向与会代表分享了他们成人高等教育"学历+技能"人才培养体系的创新型研究成果,代表们对未来成人高等教育人才培养模式改革的方向及其实践举措展开了广泛的探讨。The conference of＂National Adult Higher Education Personnel Cultivating System＂of China Adult Education Association was held in the Ningbo city,Zhejiang Province,on November 27 to28,2014.In the conference,the experts and academics studied the innovative research result on adult higher education of Ningbo University——the cultivating system of ＂Degree plus Skill＂;explored in depth the reform direction of the cultivating model of adult higher education;and exchanged widely the practical measures of the reform.It achieved abundant meeting results,which laid important foundations for the research of adult higher education cultivating system.
