摘　　要：适应时代发展,高职院校应积极彰显精神文化,提升学生职业素养、人文素养、科学素养,彰显制度文化,培养学生工作文化风范,营造职企文化融通氛围,彰显课程文化、实践文化、校园文化,立体多元,构建具有鲜明企业文化特色的高职育人模式。In order to keep abreast of the times,it is vital for campus to manifest the spiritual culture,improve students’profes-sional quality,humanistic quality,scientific quality,show the system culture,nurture the style of work among students,create an atmosphere of harmonious corporate culture,manifest the course culture,practical culture,and campus culture,which is multi-plex and three-dimensional,so as to construct an education model with lively corporate culture in campus.
