摘 要:新升本科院校师范生教师职业道德教育中,显性教育仍然是主导,继续发挥着不可替代的作用,表现为:师德课程、师德规范和师德宣讲。隐性教育不是无计划、无目的的随意行为,而是刻意下的随意,它是一种内隐式的教育活动过程。隐性因素起着重要的辅助作用,表现为:物态因素、精神因素、网络因素、同伴因素、心理因素等几个方面。隐性因素的作用是通过师范生自主选择、自我教育、自我改造、自我发展等环节而实现的。In the education on professional ethics for the teachers from the newly upgraded undergraduate colleges, dominant education is still leading factor and continues to play an irreplaceable role. I t is shown as: ethics, ethics norms and ethics courses preach. Recessive education is not casual behavior without a plan or the purpose of voluntary behavior, but deliberately under random. It is a kind of implicit education activities. The recessive factor plays an important role in several aspects, mainly as follows: state factors, mental factors, network factors, peer factors, psychological factors. The recessive factor can play the role by the normal students' self selection, self education, self transformation, and self development and so on.
