摘 要:目的评价情景教学法(simulation-based learning)在护理教学中的应用效果。方法计算机检索有关情景教学法和传统教学法在护理教学中应用的对照研究。通过严格质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.1进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入14篇文献,共1 684名研究对象。分析结果显示:情景教学法能提高护生的理论成绩和操作技能,各研究之间存在统计学异质性,根据研究地点的不同进行亚组分析,研究地点为学校,护生的理论成绩和操作技能的SMD(95%CI)分别为2.96(2.26,3.66),2.61(2.36,2.85),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究地点为医院,护生的理论成绩和操作技能的SMD(95%CI)分别为2.31(2.13 2.50),2.20(2.02,2.38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。情景教学法在培养护生综合业务能力方面,优于传统教学法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),其RR(95%CI)为1.19(1.13,1.25)。护生对情景教学法的满意度明显高于传统教学方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),其RR(95%CI)为1.18(1.13,1.24)。结论情景教学法对护生教学效果的影响优于传统教学方法。但是纳入研究文献的质量差异较大,需要更加设计严谨、样本量大的随机对照试验来证实此结论。Objective To evaluate the effect of simulation-based learning in nursing teaching. Methods Computer retrieval was conducted to search for comparative study on simulation-based learning and tradition teaching method in nursing teaching. Through the strict quality evaluation, all data were analyzed by using Rev Man5.1 software. Results Totally 14 studies were included in the final Meta analysis, a total of 1 684 subjects. The analysis results showed: Simulation-based learning could improve theoretical knowledge and practical skills, there was statistical heterogeneity between studies, performed a subgroup analysis according to the different study sites, study sites for the school 's theoretical knowledge and practical skills, the SMD(95%CI) respectively [2.96(2.26,3.66), 2.61(2.36, 2.85)], the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.001); study sites for the hospital's theoretical knowledge and practical skills, the SMD(95%CI) respectively [2.31(2.13 2.50), 2.20(2.02, 2.38)], the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.001).The simulation-based learning in the cultivation of nursing students ' comprehensive professional ability, was superior to the traditional teaching method, the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0.001), the RR(95% CI) for 1.19(1.13, 1.25). Nursing students' satisfaction of simulation-based learning was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching method, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.001), the RR(95%CI) for 1.18(1.13, 1.24). Conclusion The effect of simulation-based learning is better than that of traditional way of teaching. But large differences in the quality of the studies, the need for more rigorous,randomized controlled trial of large sample size to confirm this conclusion.
