摘  要:目的构建完整高效的教学能力培养体系,从而全面地提高教师的临床教学水平,打造一支国家级教学团队。方法 2000至2010年间,本教研室将"电影创作理论"融入到教学能力培养的整体过程,建立了"采、编、导、演、评"立体融合的教学能力培养体系,对教师的临床教学能力进行了系统的培训和评估。结果该体系经过10年的应用,培养了32名校级精品课教师,25人获省部级以上教学名师称号,先后5次获各类国家级精品课程,并在2010年成为国家级教学团队。结论该培养体系显著地提升了教师的教学能力,改善了本科教学质量,为整体提高教研室教师的临床授课水平提供了有力的保证。Objective The objective of the present study is to establish a targeted,clear and complete training system for improving the teaching ability of teachers,and to build the nationally leveled teaching team. Methods From 2000 to 2010,by enhancing the five aspects of clinical teaching program,including collection of teaching information,writing teaching materials,preparation before lecturing,performance of teaching techniques and estimate of teaching achievements,we set up the " collecting,editing,directing,performing and evaluating" stereoscopicintegrated teaching ability training system,for comprehensive improvement and evaluation of the teaching ability.Results After application of this advanced teaching system for ten years,32 teachers became the first-class teacher of the university,25 teachers were titled with provincial or ministerial teaching master,clinical teaching effect was improved obviously,and the nationally leveled teaching team was build up in 2010. Conclusion The training system can improve teachers' clinical teaching ability significantly and set up a teaching master's echelon,which provides a solid foundation to deepen teaching reform and to improve the quality of medical talents.
