成人教学中团队式教学的模式与实施条件

摘　　要：无论是从全球视角还是从我国教育事业的发展来看,成人教育都是一个持续发展的事业。因此,如何改革教学方法、增强教学吸引力、提高教学质量已成为成人教育者和被教育者都极为重视的问题。基于此,通过分析成人教学改革的必要性,探讨了Team教学法的背景,并设计了Team教学法的"T-R-P-S-C"教学模式及实施应具备的条件,以期达到提升成人教学效果的目的。Adult education is a continuous developing career whether from the global perspective or the perspective of development of education. Hence,how to reform teaching methods,enhance the attractiveness of teaching,and improve teaching quality have become extremely important issues for adult educators and educators. By analyzing the necessity of adult education reform and discussing the background of Team Teaching,this article designs a＂TRPSC＂teaching mode for Team Teaching,and discusses on the conditions of,hopes to enhance the effectiveness of adult education.
