摘　　要：1875—1914年时英国食品安全监管全面展开的一个时期。在这一时期,公共分析师作为英国食品安全监管体系中的重要组成部分,有效遏制了牛奶掺假这一食品安全问题,为捍卫法律尊严和消费者利益作出了重大贡献。In the period of 1875-1914,the British food safety regulation was in full swing.As the important component part of modern British food safety legislation,the British public analyst controled milk adulteration effectively.They made contributions to safeguard the sanctity of law and the interests of consumer.
