摘　　要：中国邮轮产业快速发展,梳理分析了目邮轮专业开设的现状为:人才培养速度落后于行业发展速度,人才质量达不到行业要求。从邮轮专业岗位职业能力分析切入,提出英语教学的六点对策为:贯彻以能力为本位的教学理念、明确专业英语教学目标、开展使用ESP课堂教学法、基于行业标准设计教学计划与内容、明确英语语言能力评价标准、培养称职的专业英语教师。This paper demonstrates that the personnel training out of line with the industrial requirement lags behind the rapid development of the cruise industry in China. Based on the analysis of the professional competence required, it proposes such strategies for English teaching as carrying out the competency-based educational concept, setting the professional English teaching target, applying ESP teaching method, designing the teaching plan and contents in tune with the industrial standards, defining the evaluation standard of linguistic performance, and cultivating the qualified faculty of professional English.
