摘 要:目的采用电子鼻、机器视觉技术对山楂不同炮制品的性状进行数值化描述,并实现山楂不同炮制品的区分。方法制备山楂各炮制样品,采用电子鼻测量其气味特征参数值;组建适用于山楂图像获取的机器视觉系统,获取样品图像,并提取、量化其颜色特征;依据获取的气味与颜色特征值建立判别模型,通过建立的模型区分不同山楂炮制品。结果不同山楂炮制品气味特征存在显著差异,传感器LY2/LG、LY2/G、LY2/AA、LY2/GH、LY2/gCTL、PA/2、P40/2对山楂气味变化尤为敏感,依据气味信息建立的PCA与DFA模型能够实现良好区分。不同山楂炮制品颜色值H、S、V的变化规律与人眼所观察的颜色特征变化规律相同;依据颜色信息建立的PCA、DFA和Fisher-LDA模型均可区分山楂不同炮制品,其中3批山楂炮制品Fisher LDA识别率分别为86.4%,81.1%和89.9%。结论采用电子鼻、机器视觉技术能够对山楂炮制品的颜色和气味进行数值化描述,可以实现不同山楂炮制品的判别区分。Objective Use electronic nose and machine vision to discriminate Crataegus that be stir-fried processed in different degree by quantify its characters. Methods Prepared stir-fried processed Crataegus in different degree. Use electronic nose to acquire the odor values; Build the machine vision system for acquire images of Crataegus,then extract the color characters and quantify it. To discriminate Crataegus in different processed degree by models that built based on the quantized values of odors and colors. Results There was a significant difference in quantized values of different processed Crataegus' odor,which could be discriminated better by PCA and DFA. The changing rule of H S V,the Numerical of quantified color,was consistent with the true color of Crataegus. By PCA,DFA and Fisher-LDA could discriminate Crataegus that in different Stir-fried degree. The results of Fisher-LDA that the discrimination rates of three groups were 86. 4%,81. 1% and 89. 9%,respectively. Conclusion Electronic nose and machine vision is well able to quantify the odor and color of processed Crataegus,and to discriminate Crataegus that in different Stir-fried degree based on quantified values.
