摘 要:再生制动性能是各种电动车提高能量利用率和延长行驶里程的关键技术。为全面研究分析、优化、评价各种再生制动控制,设计了电动车再生制动试验台。该试验台由机械本体、控制系统和数据采集与处理系统组成。该系统的数据采集与处理系统能对试验数据进行采集并加以处理,通过分析数据,客观、准确地评价再生制动控制的优劣,同时为新的控制优化提供依据。重点进行了该试验台三个组成部分的具体设计,并根据电动车用电机及控制器的相关测试标准,给出了试验步骤,最后对一种具体再生制动控制在整车和设计的试验台上进行了试验。试验结果对比表明,所设计的试验台能够达到整车试验的效果,能对再生制动控制给出全面的评价,试验误差可靠,能为再生制动控制器设计提供优化数据。Regenerative braking performance of all kinds of electric vehicles is the key technology for improve energy efficiency and driving mileage.To comprehensively analyze,optimize,evaluate various regenerative braking control,regenerative braking test platform for electric vehicles was designed.The platform was constituted of the mechanical body,the control systems,and the data acquisition and processing system.The testing data can be collected and processed by the data acquisition and processing system.The merits of regenerative braking control were objectively and accurately evaluated by analyzing the data,while the basis was provided for the new control optimization.The three component parts of platform were taken as emphasis to be designed.And according to relevant tests standard on the motor and controller of the electric vehicle,the test procedure was given.A regenerative braking control strategy was applied respectively to the platform and the vehicle.The comparative experimental results show that the platform designed can achieve the effect of the vehicle,the regenerative brake control can be given a comprehensive evaluation,and the experimental error is reliable and can provide optimize data for the design of regenerative braking controller.
