摘　　要：专业群教学团队建设是高职院校专业群建设的应有之意和重点难点。优秀教学团队的培育不可能一蹴而就。在高职院校推进专业群建设过程中,必须紧紧抓住教学团队能力结构优化与建设这个关键,努力提升专业群教学团队的教学能力,培育其技术创新能力,增强其社会服务能力,形成"三能"并重、互相促进的教学团队能力结构。Teaching team construction is an important part of speciality group building. However, the cultivation of excellent teaching team will not happen overnight. In the process of promoting the development of speciality group in vocational colleges, attention should be focused on structural optimization and development of teaching team＇s capacity so as to improve its ability of teaching, technological innovation and social service, thus forming an ability structure of mutual development.
