摘　　要：产学结合作为高职院校发展的必由之路，需要国家、社会、企业、行业及院校多方配合，实践教学作为产学结合的重要载体，应结合酒店管理专业教学实际，从实践教学模式、实践教学课程体系、实训基地建设和实践教学评价体系等方面建立一套完整的实践教学体系，不断深化产学合作，促进学生职业能力的培养。combination of producing and learning is the necessary choice for developing higher vocational edu- cation, which needs multi - cooperation among college, enterprises, industry, society and state to strengthen the concept of combination of producing and learning. As an important carrier, a complete set of practical teaching sys- tem should be established in practical teaching mode, curriculum system, construction of training bases and prac- tice teaching evaluation systems so as to deepen the combination between production and learning and ultimately promote the cultivation of students＇professional ability.
