摘  要:科技馆应充分发挥自身优势,与学校教育相衔接,为创新人才的培养做出应有的贡献。为了更好地满足创新型人才的培养,科技馆应该:展品设计,应尽可能体现探究式的学习理念;科技馆应增加关于创新方法和创新精神的展示;科技馆应开设科学开放性实验室等创新实践场所;开展定期的创新教育活动。科技馆通过这些"套餐"式科普教育活动,才可以更好地服务于创新人才的培养。广东科学中心通过开展针对青少年创新性能力培养的"展翅计划"等活动,争取成为创新人才培养的重要基地。Science and technology museum should give full play to due contributions for the training of innovatory talent. Popular its own advantages, linking up school education, in aim to make science education idea of science and technology museum needs to accord with requirements of training innovative talent. Science and technology museum should design its exhibits by the ways of inquiry learning, not only exhibit good creative, famous invention, more to exhibit "the stories behind these ideas", and complementing with transmission of the creation subject and innovative methods . Science and technology museum provides practical innovation platform and opportunities to teenagers through all kinds of open laboratory and science and technology innovation contest and so on. Through these "package" types of popular science education, science and technology museum will do more contribution to the training of innovative talent. Guangdong Science Center is expected to become an important training position of innovative talent through "the Plan of Spread wings" and SO on.
