摘 要:通过对微型履带拖拉机在攀爬斜坡、跨越沟道、翻越台阶等典型障碍过程中越障性能的分析,推导出微型履带拖拉机越障性能与车体相关参数之间的内在联系,并通过理论分析和Matlab仿真,得出拖拉机相关结构与位姿参数对最佳越障性能的影响;通过对履带架的有限元分析确定其能否满足使用要求,并得出提高其承载可靠性的方法,从而提高了微型履带拖拉机在山地、丘陵等复杂环境下的越障性能和行走安全性。By the obstacle performance analysis of the mini crawler tractor in the process of pass through the typical barriers such as climbing ramp,across the channel,climbing stairs,etc.Deduced out the intrinsic link between the mini crawler tractor's obstacle performance and some related parameters of the tractor body.And get the impact of tractor's related structures and pose parameters to optimal obstacle performance by theoretical analysis and Matlab simulation.And by finite element analysis to the track frame which can meet the requirements of work,come to the solution that can improve the reliability of it.Thus providing a theoretical basis for the rational design and layout of the mini crawler tractor's structure,and then increasing the mini crawler tractor's ability of across the barriers and walking safety while in the complex environments such as mountains,hills,etc.
