摘 要:目的探讨神经发育迟滞儿童的智力结构特征及康复训练的效果.方法:对首次确诊的64 例0-6 岁神经发育迟滞的儿童和45 例孤独症儿童进行GESSEL 智力评估,并对接受半年综合康复训练的64 名精神发育迟滞儿童进行第二次GESSEL 智力测试.结果:淤神经发育迟滞儿童间的智力在适应性、大运动、精细动作、语言和个人-社交各功能区的智力无显著性差异(P〉0. 05);于神经发育迟滞儿童间的GESSEL 智力量表上的适应性、大运动、精细动作、语言和个人-社交上的智力均显著低于孤独症儿童(P〈0. 05);盂神经发育迟滞儿童采用综合康复方法后智力有显著提升(P〈0. 05).结论:神经发育迟滞儿童间的智力结构呈现各功能区发育全面迟滞的特点,经康复训练后其智力可得到显著提升.Objective:To study mental retardation children's intelligence structure and to explore effects of rehabilitation train-ing. Methods:64 mental retardation of children (first diagnosed, and aged 0 to 6) and 45 children with autism were assessed with GESSEL intelligence scale before and six months after the comprehensive rehabilitation training. Results:(1) There were no signifi-cant differences in adaptability, gross motor, fine motor, language and personal-social interaction among mental retardation children (P>0. 05). (2) The scores of adaptability, gross motor, fine motor, language and personal-social interaction in the GESSEL intelli-gence scale of mental retardation children were significantly lower than those of children with autism (P<0. 05). (3) After the com-prehensive rehabilitation training, the mental retardation children's intelligence was significantly improved in each field (P<0. 05). Conclusions:The mental retardation children's intelligence structure is fully behind in each function area;but after the comprehensive rehabilitation training, it can be significantly improved.
