现代职业教育体系背景下新疆高职院校专业建设的思考

摘　　要：在自治区转变经济发展方式和调整经济结构的产业背景中,新疆高职院校建立了覆盖新疆各行各业的专业体系,专业结构日趋合理,专业服务产业能力不断提高。加快发展现代职业教育,对新疆高职院校专业建设赋予新内涵,提出新要求。新疆高职院校要基于"适应发展需求"、"产教深度融合"、"中职高职衔接"等进行专业顶层设计与内涵建设,才能不断提升专业建设质量,实现长效发展。The paper investigates the specialties in the vocational colleges in Xinjiang and states that these specialtieshave almost covered all the industries. However, the rapid development of modern vocational education puts forward a newrequirement for the specialty construction of vocational colleges. The paper proposes that the vocational colleges in Xinjiangwill have to adapt to the new requirement, mix teaching and production together and complete the work of connectionof secondary and higher vocational education to improve the quality of specialty construction.
