信息环境下英语教师发展的困境及解决途径

摘　　要：信息化发展改变了教学环境,给教师发展带来新的挑战和契机。在信息化环境下,教师应当成为不断发现问题、研究问题、解决问题、具有教育智慧的学者。然而,在目前的教育状态下,英语教师的专业发展却陷入困境。针对上述问题,我们要借助网络信息化资源,拓展英语教师的专业发展途径,促进教师队伍的快速发展。Information development changes the teaching environment and brings new challenge and opportunity to the teachers＇ development.In the information environment,the teacher should become the educationally intellectual scholar who is able to discover the problem,study the problem and solve the problem.However,in the present educational condition,the English teachers＇ professional development is in a dilemma.In order to solve it,we should broaden the way to professional development of English teachers and promote the rapid development of teachers with the help of online information resources.
