摘 要:校企合作的方式很多,如何通过校企合作实现产教融合是高职院校研究与实践的重大课题。本文提出以教师入企承担企业科技指导员职责,帮助小微企业实现经济转型升级,开展科技指导与新产品、新工艺研发,进而开展学生生产性实习的方式,构建校企合作关系,实现产教融合。There are many school-enterprise cooperation modes. How to achieve the integration of industry and education through school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges has always been the major issue in research and practice. In this paper, we put forward that teachers, as teaching instructors, should work in enterprises as the instructor to guide the research and development of new products and production, so as to prepare for guiding students" productive practice, constructing school-enterprise cooperation, and realizing the integration of industry and education. The paper uses the actual cases to elaborate the feasibility and effectiveness of teachers as technology instructors at the present stage to help small and micro-enterprise achieve economic transformation and upgrading, and realize the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges.
