摘  要:[目的]比较红茶菌和中草药红茶菌对沙门氏菌的体外抑制效果。[方法]采用试管稀释法研究红茶菌和中草药红茶菌对沙门氏菌的体外抑制作用。[结果]红茶菌和中草药红茶菌对沙门氏菌都有一定的抑菌作用,尤其是中草药红茶菌原液对沙门氏菌具有显著的抑菌作用。红茶菌对临床分离的高浓度沙门氏菌的抑制效果较差,而中草药红茶菌具有显著的抑制效果。[结论]中草药红茶菌对沙门氏菌的抑制作用与红茶菌相比更加显著,在临床上可用于对沙门氏菌感染的有效预防。[Objective] The research aimed to compare the inhibitory effects of Saccharomycodes Ludwigii and its Chinese herbal preparation on Salmonella in vitro. [Method] The inhibitory effects of Saccharomycodes Ludwigii and its Chinese herbal preparation on Salmonella in vitro were studied by using tube dilution method. [Result] Both Saccharomycodes Ludwigii and its Chinese herbal preparation had the inhibitory effects on Salmonella. And Chinese herbal preparation of Saccharomycodes Ludwigii had significant inhibitory effects on Salmonella. Saccharomycodes Ludwigii had worse inhibitory effects on Salmonella at high concentrations in the clinic,but its Chinese herbal preparation had significant inhibitory effects. [Conclusion]Chinese herbal preparation of Saccharomycodes Ludwigii had more significant inhibitory effects on Salmonella than Saccharomycodes Ludwigii,so it could be used to effectively prevent the infection of Salmonella in the clinic.
