打造“湖南特色卓越质量”的现代职业教育的战略对策

摘　　要：指出了当前职业院校办学存在校企合作办学实效低、基本办学经费短缺、招收优质生源困难、质量监控保证体系不健全、内部治理水平不高、教师队伍创新能力不足等主要困难与问题。提出了打造"湖南特色、卓越质量"的现代职业教育的战略对策,主要包括"立德树人、卓越质量,产教融合、校企协同,特色品牌、示范引领,集团集约、融通衔接,强师固基、转型升级,技术创新、技能积累,多元评价、质量保证"等发展战略。This paper points out the main difficulties and problems existing in current vocational colleges,such as the low efficiency in carrying out college-enterprise cooperation,the shortage of the basic operational funds,the difficulties in recruiting high-quality students,the unsound supervising system,the low internal management level,the lack of teachers＇ innovation and so on. It puts forward the strategic countermeasures to create modern vocational education of ＂Hunan features and excellent quality＂,including mainly excellent quality,integration of college and education,characteristic brand,demonstration and leading,intensive group and cohesion,strengthening teachers＇ qualities,transformation and upgrading,technology innovation,skill accumulation,multivariate evaluation and quality assurance.
