摘　　要：高校"协同创新"作为一种新的创新理论或创新模式,通过"2011计划"被正式提出。但是,目前对这一概念的研究还停留在实践层面的呼吁和反思上,其研究的视角缺乏、理论浅显、实践不足,主体也不明确。笔者从知识流动理论入手,以高校为主体对象,以知识转移为视角,通过对这一研究的意义、现状、方向的阐述,尝试破解未来高校"协同创新"的研究困境。As a new creative theory or creative model for colleges and universities, Collaborative innovation was formallyput forward by the “2011 Plan” in 2011. However, the present researches are still restricted in reflecting onit or calling for its development. A lack of research perspective, theory or practice for it is also a problem. Startingwith the Knowledge Flow Theory, targeted at colleges and universities, taking knowledge transfer as angel of view,with study on the significance state and course of collaborative innovation, this thesis attempts to break the deadlockfor the future research of collaborative innovation in colleges and university.
