进、出口海产品中副溶血性弧菌整合子与毒力基因调查

摘　　要：目的了解宁波口岸进、出口海产品中副溶血性弧菌的整合子和毒力基因分布情况。方法将来自宁波口岸海产品中分离的120株副溶血性弧菌作为研究对象,利用PCR技术检测其整合子和6个毒力基因(tdh、tlh、trh、toxR、Ure C和T3SS2)携带率。结果 120株副溶血性弧菌中,Ⅰ类整合子总携带率为34.2%、出口海产品中的携带率为31.7%、进口海产品中的携带率为36.7%,Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类整合子都为阴性;毒力基因tlh、toxR的携带率为100%,Ure C的携带率为4.17%、T3SS2的携带率为5.83%、tdh的携带率为2.50%,trh全部阴性。结论进、出口海产品中副溶血性弧菌存在携带毒力基因的风险不高,进口和出口海产品中毒力基因携带率差异很小,整合子携带率高,但对食品安全具有潜在的威胁,仍需要加强监测。Objective To survey the integron and the distribution of virulence gene in isolated Vibrio parahaemolyticus from the imported and exported marine products at Ningbo port. Methods Polymerase chain reaction was used for testing the carrying rate of integron and 6 virulence genes（ tdh,tlh,trh,toxR,Ure C,T3SS2） from 120 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains which were isolated from Ningbo import and export marine products. Results Among 120 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains,the overall carrying rate of intl1 was 34. 2%,while the overall carrying rates of export and import marine products were respectively 31. 7%and 36. 7%. Integron in intl2 and intl3 were all negative; The carrying rate of tlh and toxR was 100%,the carrying rate of Ure C was 4. 17%. The carrying rate of T3SS2 and tdh were 5. 83% and 2. 50%,trh were all negative. Conclu sion Low virulence genes carrying had been identified among the Vibrio parahaemolyticus from the import and export marine products. there was no difference of carrying rates between the imported ones and the exported ones,the carrying rate of virulence genes was high. It is required to strengthen the surveillance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus for the potentially threatening to food safety.
