职教师资本科学生教育教学能力训练体系构建

摘　　要：本文根据职教师资本科学生教育教学能力训练工作实践,从两个方面论述了职教师资本科学生教育教学能力训练体系构建。一是理论学习,重视师德建设,在贯穿四年的教学过程中是基础,增强学生对教师职业的理性认识;二是加强教育教学技能训练,强化学生教育教学能力,增强学生对教师职业的感性认识。According to the training practice of vocational education teachers＇ ability of undergraduate education and teaching,this paper elaborates the training system construction from two aspects. The first is theory learning, paying attention to the construction of teachers＇ ethics in the entire four-year teaching and enhancing students＇ rational understanding of the teacher＇s occupation; the second is to enhance the training of education and teaching skills, strengthening students＇ education and teaching abilities, and their perceptual knowledge on the teacher＇s occupation.
