摘　　要：以红枣为主要原料的红枣醋有健脾益气、养血安神、润肺止咳、调和诸药的作用,对高血压、动脉粥样硬化、冠心病等有较好的疗效,还具有防癌抗癌、延年益寿之功效。随着人们保健意识不断增强,保健醋开发前景十分广阔。The jujube vinegar,mainly containing jujube,has the function of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi,nourishing the blood and tranquilization,moistening lung to arrest cough, coordinating the drug actions of a prescription,good effects on high blood pressure,atherosclerosis,CHD and can also prevent and defeat the cancer,prolong life. With the enhancing of human＇s sense of health care,the health care vinegar has a wide development prospect.
