摘　　要：设计一种螺旋充填式薯饼成型机,可按薯饼加工工艺的要求自动完成原料充填、成型及脱模。对该机的传动机构、充填机构及成型脱模机构等进行阐述。薯饼成型试验表明,生产率6500pcs/h,成型厚度14mm,成型压力0.25MPa时,设备运行性能最好。Design a screw filling structure of potato cake molding machine, can be done automatically according to the requirement of the potato cake processing raw materials filling,molding and demoulding. driving system,filling system and forming and demoulding system of the machine are introduced. The potato cake molding tests show that in the productivity 6500 pcs/h,molding thickness 14 mm,molding pressure 0.25 MPa,the equipment operation performance is best.
