基于LTQ-Orbitrap检测粮食及其制品中的脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和雪腐镰刀菌烯醇

摘　　要：文章建立了基于LTQ-Orbitrap测定粮食和粮食制品中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的方法。本法检出限分别为0.150 mg/kg和0.100 mg/kg,方法的加标回收率为83.0%~105%,RSD为1.5%~6.9%,具有灵敏度高、定性准确的优点。The analysis method of determination of Deoxynivalenol and Nivalenol in grains and their products was established based on LTQ-Orbitrap. The result showed that, for grain and grain products, the detection limit of Deoxynivalenol and Nivalenol in this method were 0.150 mg/kg and 0.100 mg/kg, the recoveries of the two toxins in wheat flour and other grain products were ranged from 83.0 % to 105 % at the spiked levels of 0.100 mg/kg, 0.200 mg/kg and 0.500mg/kg. RSD of this method were ranged from 1.5% to 6.9%. This method had the advantages of high sensitivity, qualitative accurate.
