摘  要:目前无机砷的测定多采用GB/T 5009.11-2003第一法氢化物原子荧光光度法,该方法具有浸提时间过长、效果一般等缺点。本实验在其基础上加以改进和优化,以(1+1)盐酸作提取剂,70℃,350 r/min摇床振荡2.5 h提取食品中的无机砷。样品加标回收率和试样测定相对标准偏差结果在合理范围内,实验结果真实可信。At present, we often determinate inorganic arsenic in food according to the first method of GB/T 5009.11-2003, hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. However, there are some defects in the method, such like long-time and bad effect. We try to improve and optimize the process on the basis of the national food standard, using hydrochloric acid(1+1) as extractant, with shaking table 70 ℃, 350 r/min, 2.5 h as the condition of extraction. Experiment of recovery and repeatability showed favorable and precision, the results of experiment are credibly.
