多科性专业大学的班会主题与形式匹配性

摘　　要：班会是沟通师生之间感情,对学生进行思想政治教育的一种有效形式。如何对主题班会进行定位和开展是辅导员们要面临的重要课题,高校辅导员应该从同学们的学科背景和实际情况出发,根据时代主体,通过创新手段和方法,对主题班会出现的问题中进行分析,从主题与形式的匹配性入手,提出合理化建议。Class meeting makes emotional communication between teachers and students,an effective form of ideological and political education of the students.It is crucial for the counselors to identify the class meeting so that the counselors should create its ways and patterns and to propose the rational proposal according to the students＇ academic background and the actual situation.
