摘 要:近年来,虽然教学生成日益受到关注与青睐,但也因种种原因在实际教学中出现了滥用生成、盲目生成的现象。因此,文章总结出教学生成的基本要旨,提出教学生成的有效性原则,倡导不仅要关注生成,更要关注生成的有效性。有效的教学生成有三个特征:一是生成有效果:学生在生成过程中有所获、有所得;二是生成有效益:生成结果与社会需要和个人发展相吻合,强调生成的合目的性、合价值性;三是生成有效率:生成方向的正确性和过程的精简性。最后,文章就生成条件的创造、资源的选取、过程的引导、结果的反思方面提出了教学生成有效性提升策略。In recent years,teaching generation is getting more and more attention,but there appears the phenomenon of abuse and blind generation during the actual teaching process for various reasons.Therefore,the article summarizes the main points of the teaching generation,proposes the principles of effective teaching generation and advocates that both generation and its effectiveness should be concerned about.Effective teaching generation has three characteristics:(1)Generation should has effect:Students can receivesomething during the process of generation;(2)Generation should has benefit:the generation result is consistent with the personal development and the social needs which is emphasizing the purposiveness and the consistent value of generation;(3)Generation should has efficiency:the correctness of the generation direction and the streamlining of the generation process.Finally,the article proposes the promotion strategy of the effective teaching generation from four respects:creating conditions;selecting resources;booting process and reflecting results.
