摘　　要：与传统教学方式相比,网络教学对网络教师的能力提出了新要求。网络教师要充分认识网络教学的特点,要有全新的教学设计理念和良好的教学实施能力,要善于探索新技术和学习新方法,要在网络空间的教学活动中充满人文关怀,要有工作总结和自我评价,让自己真正融入到网络的天地里,成为在网络教育环境下求学者的良师益友。In the field of web education,higher requirements of network teachers＇ teaching ability have been put forward compared to that in traditional education.Teachers are obliged to be fully aware of the characteristic of network education,as well as designing brand-new teaching styles and mastering great implemental ability.Besides,they should be apt at exploring cutting-edge techniques,acquiring new skills,summarizing their work and conducting self-evaluation.What＇s more,it＇s important to have humanistic concern in the Internet teaching atmosphere,which can finally make teachers integrated into the cyberspace.
